Service Description

"The Perfecting appointment". This is the first touch up appointment typically used to perfect the brows, and boost color. This service if for clients who have initial brow service with The Brow Therapist Cincy, this is not for COVER UPS on another artist work! Must book cover up if initial service was completed by another artist. Touch ups booked beyond 4-8 week timeframe will be charged for 6 month service Deposit is non refundable. Non Transferable Please exfoliate your brows 1 week prior to your appointment. YOU DO NOT QUALIFY IF YOU ARE: Pregnant Have cancer or going through chemotherapy or radiation Taking steroid medication and or Prednisone for 2 months Has an open wound Has bacterial or Viral Infection. Check with Doctor if you are: Diabetic If in remission from cancer less than 1 year on Blood Thinners. Stop: 4 weeks prior: Botox and Chemical Peels Stop 1 week prior: All blood thinners, Antibiotics, Retin-A, Iron and Magnesium Mood altering Drugs. NO ALCOHOL 24 HRS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY ​  Deposits are Non-Refundable! ALL SERVICES WILL BE CHARGED TAX.  We do not accept cash app, venmo or applepay payments. Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments.  If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you  reschedule from your confirmation email/reminder email 24 hours before you scheduled appointment.  A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 100% of the booked services. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged.  ​ A credit card is required to make an appointment.Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.   ​
